A creamy, flavorful twist on classic Maggi noodles — rich, spicy, and irresistibly tasty! This quick fusion recipe combines the comfort of Maggi with a creamy texture and unique garnishes for the ultimate indulgence.
Boil 1½ cups of water in a pan.
Add the Maggi noodles and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a spoon or small bowl, mix salt, red chili flakes, turmeric, Maggi masala, and crushed Hajmola (optional).
Add a little water to this spice mix, heat and pour it into the pan with the noodles.
After 1 minute, add 5 tablespoons of milk and cook on high flame for another 1½ minutes until creamy.
Turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.
Garnish with crushed Blue Lays chips and a sprinkle of oregano for extra flavor.
