Dry roast poha until crisp. Cool and grind into a coarse powder.
Heat ghee in a pan, roast dry fruits until golden, and set aside.
In the same pan, melt jaggery with 2 tbsp water to make a sticky syrup.
Mix in poha powder, cardamom, and roasted dry fruits. Stir well.
When slightly cool, grease palms with ghee and shape into laddoos.
