
Dhokla Sandwich
Two layers of dhokla with a spicy green-chutney filling. (ढोकला सैंडविच)
Protein-packed poha made with boiled kabuli chana, onions, and spices - a wholesome and filling twist to the classic poha. (ड्राई फ्रूट्स और बीजों के साथ हेल्दी पोहा।)
Rinse poha in a colander, drain, and keep aside for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, let them splutter, then add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
Add onions and grated ginger. Sauté until onions turn soft and golden.
Stir in turmeric powder and add the boiled kabuli chana. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the soaked poha and salt. Mix gently and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Finish with lemon juice, roasted peanuts, and fresh coriander before serving hot.
