Instructions

  1. Rinse poha and set aside.
  2. In oil, add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, and chilies.
  3. Add onions and sauté until soft.
  4. Mix in poha + salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with grated coconut before serving.
