🍋 Authentic Kanda Poha Recipe

A classic Maharashtrian breakfast made with poha, onions, green chilies, peanuts, and lemon.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash poha, drain, and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add mustard, curry leaves, and peanuts.
  3. Add onions + chilies, sauté until soft.
  4. Add turmeric, then mix in poha + salt.
  5. Cook for 3–4 minutes. Garnish with lemon + coriander.
